ABOUT DR CHARLES TAYLOR

My name is Charles Taylor, I am a Specialised Academic Foundation Doctor at St George’s Hospital London.
I graduated from Southampton Medical School with a Bachelors of Medical Science alongside a Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery. In 2020 I completed a Surgical MSc at Queen Marys University London. I also graduated as a Social Innovation Fellow from the Clinton Global Initiative University, New York.
My primary interests lie in innovation within orthopaedic surgery as well as medical education and accessible research. Through my work I aim to bridge the gap between the general public, medical students and clinical academics and encourage people to engage in clinical academic careers.
This website is designed to share my research, insights and path to pursuing an academic and orthopaedic career. It aims to serve as a platform for sharing knowledge and driving positive change in the field.
